Submit a Maintenance Ticket

All maintenance requests should be sent via email to the following email address: ucsmaintenance@urbancommunityschool.org

Please include the following pieces of information in all email requests sent to the UCS maintenance email address:

  1. Your name.

  2. The room number/location of the required maintenance. 

  3. A detailed description of what needs to be done and what the task consists of.

Alyssa Mitchell will be managing the account on a daily basis to make sure items are addressed in a timely manner and prioritized appropriately. Our Maintenance Team will check in with her daily to make ensure a strong process and consistent communication.

We will also then be able to use all the requests and needs to better plan for future facility needs and corresponding budgets.
