Submit a Maintenance Request

All maintenance requests should be submitted through a form. Please make sure to fill out all of the necessary information so the Maintenance Team is able to complete tickets as best they can and as quickly as possible.

John Martinitis, Kelly Lentz, and Charles Cassell will be managing the process to make sure requests are addressed in a timely manner and prioritized appropriately. Our Maintenance Team will check in with them daily to ensure a strong process and consistent communication.

Through this process, we will be able to use the requests to better plan for future facility needs and corresponding budgets.
