Urban Community School’s School Health Program
Urban Community School (UCS) offers convenient on-site health care to students. If your child is not feeling well, has a chronic medical issue or injury, or is due for their annual physical and vaccinations, they can easily receive medical care from The MetroHealth System providers at school, during their school day, through the Institute for H.O.P.E. School Health Program.
UCS currently staffs a full-time school nurse through MetroHealth. The nurse provides necessary health support to UCS students.
