Summer Programming at UCS

June UCS Summer Camp

The UCS Summer Program for current Pre-K - 2nd grade students will run from Monday, June 8 - Thursday, June 25, 2026 (no camp on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth). Summer programming allows all students to practice their math and reading skills during morning academic sessions. Campers will enjoy field trips and other fun programming in the afternoon.

*Pre-K students participating in the June summer camp must already be enrolled at UCS.*

  • Dates & Times: Monday, June 8 - Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 9:00am - 2:45pm. Doors open at 8:30am.

    • Extended-day information is included in the registration form.

  • Attendance: Week-by-week options (Pre-K - 2nd grade).

  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.

  • Cost: $220/week. Can be as low as $50/week (final cost based on financial aid).

    • UCS families in need of financial aid can provide household income information to the Financial Aid Committee. Contact Lisa Kane for details.

  • Transportation:

    • Walk, bike, or drive to UCS.

    • Bus pick-up (8:15am) at Breen Center at Saint Ignatius High School, drop-off (3:00pm).

JUNE Arrupe Summer Program

Priority Registration is Wednesday, March 4 - Sunday, March 15

Open Registration begins after Monday, March 16

The Arrupe Summer Program for current 3rd - 8th grade students will run from Monday, June 8 - Thursday, June 25, 2026 (no camp on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth).

For more than 25 years, Arrupe has hosted one of the largest summer enrichment programs for children in the City of Cleveland. Nearly 200, 3rd - 8th grade neighborhood children register annually. During this four-week experience, each participant is matched up with a high school counselor who acts as a mentor and friend.

Attendees participate in daily classes covering math, language arts, science, and healthy habits; receive breakfast, lunch, and a snack daily; play sports and try out arts activities; and attend field trips to unique and interesting locations.

  • Attendance: Full three weeks required (3rd - 8th grade).

JULY Wolf Camp for the Howl Child

The UCS Wolf Camp for the Howl Child for current Kindergarten - 8th grade students will run from Monday, July 6 - Friday, July 31, 2026. Wolf Camp will embrace our whole child efforts. Programming will consist of athletic and arts programming, along with enrichment activities.

  • Dates & Time: Monday, July 6  - Friday, July 31, 2025 (9:00am - 2:45pm). Doors open at 8:30am.

  • Attendance: Week-by-week options are available for all students.

  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.
